Wausaukee School Demolition

This video was filmed and narrated by Wausaukee's own, Rosie Stumbris Figas '67 and Slug Radtke '64. Rosie artfully put together the final cut which captures the historic demolition of the Wausaukee school building along with other school images and history that are a part of the childhood journey for many of us.

The building was retired from service in 1993 and demolished in 2010. You can learn more about the building's history in this blog post.

Please share this post with WHS Alumni and community members. The September Fundraising Challenge is on! We're fundraising for Wausaukee School scholarships and classroom grants. Spreading the word helps connect more Alumni with our effort. Thank you!
